Trained in design and purchasing at Marshall Field's and the Gap, Jane changed her career to residential real estate development in 2001. Her passion lies in unlocking the potential in properties, creating the right balance between stunning design and maximum utility. She builds positive working relationships with all parties, and manages her projects with efficiency and accuracy. She earned a BS in Economics from Duke University.
Jane Coté-Cook, Operations
Chris has been an investment manager for the past 30 years, at First Boston and Zazove Associates. He evaluates financial opportunity and costs associated with improvement projects. Chris is an integral part of bidding for projects, of ensuring that budgets are met and customers are informed when making monetary decisions. He earned a BS in Engineering from Duke University, and an MBA from Northwestern University.
