By hiring J&C, will I be adding more cost to my project? How does J&C get paid?

Not necessarily. Often we source the materials with a trade discount, and charge our clients a smaller markup than a full service contractor or designer will charge. The directors at J&C have cultivated working relationships with excellent lower cost architects, engineers and contractors. They know excellent quality, but they also recognize good value when they see it.

We have many different ways we work- we can bid for the whole or part of the job, we can work on a time and material basis, or a combination of the two.
