By hiring J&C, will I be adding more cost to my project?  How does J&C get paid?

• Not necessarily. Often we source the materials with a trade discount, and charge our clients a smaller markup than a full service contractor or designer will charge. The directors at J&C have cultivated working relationships with excellent lower cost architects, engineers and contractors. They know excellent quality, but they also recognize good value when they see it.

• We have many different ways we work- we can bid for the whole or part of the job, we can work on a time and material basis, or a combination of the two.
